"Blogging experience"

For my blogging experience, I tell you that It was very hard and stressful for me, because never I had use the blog, but, It was fun because the advantages was that I can learned how to used it!.

But personally I did'nt like the use how English as a subject , because I think the disadvantages was that I never knew of my mistakes in everything, only I knew published a list with the point if I kept with the object with 2, 1 or 0 points, We didn´t have times to work analysis of the developed of the ideas, I could only check into classes and quickly what he wrote. Perhaps we must speak aloud the activities for the pronunciation and then we realise of the mistakes.

I didn´t have much time to check the another blogs, but at least, when I could do it, I could read other books or stories that I didn´t read or I didn´'t  heard the sotries of BBC 6 minutes, It was good!.

Blogs that most interested for me, were those of: Camila , Sebastian and Simona .

I wonder what was the purpose for the teacher to work in this system and also whether it met 

expectations thereof . 

Another thinG of Blogging is that we force to developed rapidly the topic, I thinks it´s good!.

Blog was a very hard esperiencie for me, I wasted time try to used it.

 “Angry people”

The topic is talking about anger - that's the strong feeling you get when you think someone has treated you badly or unfairly.

Rob welcomes the program and joins the conversation and Jennifer topic.

Rob indicated that the program was talk of anger, which is the strong feeling you get when you feel someone has wronged or unfairly and is co theme that things do lose patience. Rob ask Jennifer if the day's theme is familiar to her, to which she claims saying that there are many things that make her lose patience.

what was found to be the thing that made British people most annoyed?

a) Someone jumping the queue 
b) Delays on public transport 
c) Being kept on hold by a call centre    
Jennifer answer the questions….
“ I'll go for c) being kept on hold by a call centre because that's very 
 Annoying”.  
Another thing that Jennifer bothers him is  the public transport, but above all is the attitude of people when suddenly pushed to have a place on the train. 
   
Rob attributed to these people is rude. But what angry is when people who work in the stores are rude to him. 
   
Jennifer thinks that humans developed the feeling of anger as a basic survival skill, the emotion of anger helps us to do things, for example when we are hungry, brings about anger and that makes us seek food. 

According to research published by the University of Central Lancashire in the UK, found that people today are more furious than ever. And that modern life is to blame. Stress levels are much higher these days, more frustrations. We do a lot of activities such as working, going to the gym, go to the supermarket shopping, meeting friends etc, so we have less hours include sleeping. That can lead to stress, nervous or worried because I can not rest well! . When we fail to make things perfect, when Wi-Fi is not working as expected, or when the bus is late, we want things immediately!. 
   
Jennifer:, then think that the solution would allow more time to do things and definitely doing less. People who are angry easily should have anger. That is training or counseling on how to control anger or aggression. 
   
Finally, Rob will reveal the answer to the question at the beginning of the program. 
According to a BBC survey, which was what the British to bother anymore? And to what Jennifer said it was the long wait for a call. And it is women who control more anger than men. 

The theme was entertaining as it is something that is lived daily in many parts of the world, not only in Chile. Especially that humans are becoming more individualistic, we are losing respect for others, we are not able to manage anger and do nothing to control it, but this can be attributed to culture as it is an evil that happens much in Western countries, in Eastern cultures as much respect for the environment, for people, and is reflected in some policies that have, for example in Japan the people are very polite, education of children is designed to achieve physical and mental balance. It's another culture!. 

I don't like people to be ordinary,  aggressive, indolent, and I agree with that bad habits are only due to poor education. We need to educate and encourage good habits and values to children, to have a society more respectful!.

Food

Actually, I have very bad eating habits, this means that I have a healthy diet, there are just some things you do not use but not for greeting consumption not only because I like it, I don´t like sugar and I prefer the  liquid stevia, Excess sugar consumption is bad for our body, the sugar consumed triples in our body and is converted to fat which is then difficult to remove. Another thing I don´t like the mayonnaise too and I prefer  consume only a little of this, also  I don´t like the fried foods, and with the butter I have health problems , stomach upsets and I consume it once a week. 

I love red meat or beef, really fascinates me!, But since my brother had a serious health problem by poor eating habits and excessive red meat consumption and fast food is that I'm taking a little more awareness and I'm trying to reduce red meat and fast food. My brother was diagnosed with colon cancer I found out on the internet and I realized the severity of the disease, but the worst were the shocking images of that terrible disease. My brother lives in North America and most people that live there have a very life hectic, overworked, they  don´t have time for healthy eating, it's more easier to go to fast food restaurants. That's why in this country there is a high rate of colon cancer. That is the meal called "junk food" with high rates of fat. It is popular because it has a rich flavor, is addictive, is fast especially when someone is in a hurry and It’s very cheap!.

I think we should have a balanced diet that includes vegetables, fruits, cereals, and white meats like fish, chicken and beef. Meats, fish and eggs foodstuffs are more protein than we provide. This is why we must keep in mind that meats, for example, in addition to supplying a large amount of protein amino acids also provide much needed for our body. Besides meats are 20% pure protein and help the growth, defenses and regeneration of body tissues.  But I think we should consume only a little piece of beef!.

System product life today, giving preference to overwork, we spend more time sitting in front of the TV or at the computer, we forgot to give us time to enjoy walking, exercising, taking time to cook healthier food and that has meant in weight gain that ends in serious illness and which have become common as cancer, heart attack or thrombosis. All this makes reformulate a new system of life and change my bad habits and my family. But I have to be honest it costs me a lot and my daughters are more aware than I do. 

“Cazuela” is a  typical Chilean food, I love it!. It is prepared with meat and added water, potatoes, pumpkin,  peppers, carrots, green beans, dressings, rice or noodles. I like this a lot!. 

I would also consume more salads, because I don´t like it!, but I think it would benefit for my health!.

It is very easy to gain weight, but losing weight is very difficult!

"The Adventures of Tom Sawyer"

"The Adventures of Tom Sawyer"
 

It is a novel of American author Samuel Langhorne Clemens, known by the pen name Mark Twain, this work was published in 1876.

Twain grew up in Hannibal (Missouri), rather than used as a stage for the adventures Tom Sawyer and Huckleberry Finn.

The Adventures of Tom Sawyer (1876) is about a young boy in a small town in the 1800s.

All superstitions alluded to were common among children and slaves in the West at that time, thirty or forty years ago.

Most of the adventures recorded in this book took place in reality. Huck Finn is drawn from real life Tom Sawyer also , but not of a single individual, It is a combination of the characteristics of three boys.

The story revolves around Tom, who is a naughty boy. Sid 's stepbrother Tom  is totally different , it's peaceful and quiet. His aunt Polly is a woman who tries to be comprehensive and strict with Tom education. Tom's friends are also naughty children but not as skilled as Tom and Huckleberry Finn finally a child who is lonely.

The play tells the story of Tom Sawyer , a boy orphan who lives in the care of his Aunt Polly in addition to his brother Sid , all live in St. Petersburg, a tranquil village on the banks of the Mississippi River in the United States.

The novel tells .....

Aunt Polly in her care these two orphaned children, a task that is very difficult for her because Tom is a very clever boy , clever and constantly deceives his aunt. Tom does not like going to school and would rather hang out with his friends, play pranks and go to bathe in the river with them. His aunt tries to correct papers and giving light punishment but Tom always manages to get out of any trouble and work , that does not make it, but convince your friends for them to perform and finally convinces her aunt who was he who did the tasks. Like for example, when Aunt ordered to paint the fence and his friends Tom deception that finally ended by painting while Tom rested and ate the fruits that his friends had to let them paint the fence.

On one occasion he was invited by Tom Huck Finn to the cemetery at midnight to try a method to remove warts . While there, witness how Dr. Robinson comes with two other men to steal a corpse. The accompanying you are a kind and good drunk named Muff Potter and Injun Joe , a mixed race malicious and calculating character. Dr. Robinson discusses the latter and knocks, Potter comes to his defense and is shot down by the doctor. The Indian Joe, who had recovered, Potter grabs the knife and kills the doctor. Muff When awake, the Indian makes him believe that he was the one who killed the doctor, and so Muff Potter is charged and brought to trial.

Tom and Huckleberry say nothing of what they saw. Tom decides to escape in a boat down the river with his friends Huckleberry Finn and Joe Harper , many days are left on an island free of all , playing and chatting , while the people suffer because they believe that all three had drowned and had dead. By knowing the guys decide to return because they miss much their lives in the village, and make a dramatic entrance when celebrating his own funeral, leaving everyone stunned and happy.

Because it is now treated as a hero among boys , Tom decides despise Becky Thatcher as she did with him , and then begins to get jealous with his ex-girlfriend Amy Lawrence . However, it is he who is jealous when she sees Becky lively conversation with a guy named Alfred Temple . This , to realize that Becky had used it to make jealous Tom , dirty teacher's book to blame him, Becky sees it, but does not say anything to get back at Tom for making her suffer. The next day, to be alone in the classroom, Becky look at the book that the teacher kept secret , and rip when he realized that Tom had seen . Becky feels bad watching Tom take the punishment for what he did Alfred , but says nothing for him. However, when the teacher discovers that someone had torn his book , traces the truth up to Becky, she was terrified. Seeing this, Tom can not hold back, feel like to save at all costs and said that he did. So, Becky still forgives and boyfriends.

They spend the holidays , which for Tom are the worst , because Becky had gone to his home in Constantinople and he was alone and without anything that interested him . But soon the town is rocked by the murder trial of Muff Potter , with the declaration of Indian Joe , who claims that Muff was the one who committed the crime , telling the story backwards, says it was he who fainted and Potter committed the crime. However, Tom has a fit of courage and testify , ends up telling all and saying "When Muff Potter fell, Injun Joe took the knife and ... " The Indian flees out the window. No worry about this, Tom and Huck go to an abandoned house to find a treasure, and hidden there, they see Injun Joe and another man enter save money there . However, when digging , the men found a large chest with lots of money inside, but do not leave it there, but they bring it to bury beneath a cross. When leaving them with the chest, Tom and Huck come out of hiding and return to town planning follow Joe and find out where he had hidden the treasure.

Judge Thatcher returns with his family to the village, and Saturday marks the day Becky Field , who invited everyone to eat and play . Then everyone will explore the vast cave, which was a huge cave full of mazes and endless passages that attracted much attention from people. Meanwhile, Huck Finn Injun Joe heard casually talking with fellow murder the widow Douglas good and gentle, but well Huck gets help and saves his life . The next day, everyone realizes that Becky and Tom have not returned to the village , and go immediately to look . Tom and Becky were lost amid the thousands of galleries of the cave , and walk for days without finding any output. In one of his explorations , guided by a kite string, to peer into the end of a gallery Tom sees someone with a candle in hand is the Indian Joe, who thankfully disappears.

After some time, Becky has no strength or courage to keep going, so Tom is going to explore with rope, promising to save and get out. And to finish the string, Tom is a tiny window on a rock the exit of the cave, which ultimately saves.

A week after she and Tom return to the village, Tom learns that Judge Thatcher had sent close the cave with an iron gate, and Tom , desperate, aware that Injun Joe was inside the cavern. All go there, and is found dead next to the gate.

Tom speaks Huckleberry Finn Indian treasure, saying he thought he was hiding in the cave. The two go down to the cave river, entering a shortcut that Tom knew and discover a cross painted on a rock. They dig and dig up the treasure below more than twelve thousand dollars, with which Tom and Huck get rich.

Judge Tom Thatcher congratulated for their courage and are proud of it , and think about making it a great lawyer, while Huckleberry Finn is adopted by the Widow Douglas thinks also make it a useful man . But Huck does not like anything that life,  he hates being pampered, clothing and get up early, and strange old customs and games. So escape the home of the widow, returning to their old ways. Huck explains to Tom who listens patiently and clever way tells Huck that if he was not used to living in a civilized way, you can not invite you to be part of their group. This makes Huck think and decide to try again to live with the Widow Douglas.

I think that.....

The book is an entertaining novel easy to read and understand, that reflects the innocence of children and one being entertained by the story of the antics.

Tell you about me!.

 

I like the order, I like put the things in the correct place and keep it very clean. For example We organize the tasks that we have to do, we divide the housekeeping, It's an activity that commonly we do the weekends when we are all together.

I like to much cook, different differents foods as casseroles, porotos with reins, meat to the juice or salads, I like to do this especially the weekends because I am more relaxed. 

But there is a work that I do not like to do. After I wash the plates, I do not like to arrange them and someone of my daughters has to do it. Also, I hate the ironing, hate it!. What I have to remember and not forget this week is related to my studies, a lot of works to do and some hanging tasks, as an interview, to read and to realize a few works and my program for all the weekends is to study very much because it is a little time to finish the classes where I study. But the better of the weekend is that I can get up an hour later than of custom.

I like to do during the vacations is to rest, to relax, to amuse myself, to look at movies, to eat ice cream, pizza, but I prefer all that I like to do it  with my daughters and I do not like to spend a lot of time cooking or in the domesticate tasks. I prefer go to the beach in the summer because I like the Sun, the sea, I me like to entertain seeing the people on the shore of the sea, to see surf, Sandcastles, etc .., But on the other hand I do not like the land, I am not entertaining it.

Others of the things that I like is listen when the foreigners speaks,  I like to hear other languages, as Portuguese, French, Italian, etc., but some day I would like to speak, to read and to write correctly English,  It's my favorite language, because it is universal and is the foreign language most used in the world.

"Messenger bird from the past"
6 minute English a program of BBC Learning English.
The topic of the program is  "Messenger bird from the past" that speaks 2 persons they are Callum and Neil.
The most important questions that begins the topic in the programs was: Pigeons are everywhere in London!, What do  they have to do with war, secret messages and codes?

They have a question about codes. Who´s the first person that used this codes to keep his or her communications secrets?, then they names 3 celebrities persons that Julius Caesar, Roman emperor;  Harold  the English King; or  Tutankhaum  the Egyptian pharaoh, .Well, the another person that participed in this program He haven´t idea whatsoever, but he chosed Harold the Englis King.
The answer they will take at the end of the programme, leaves the listeners intrigued!.
They continued with the pigeons messengers, Callum, told an history.... A man was cleaning out the chimney of his house in the south of England, he found in the rubbish a pigeon´s leg. Attached to the leg was a small container and inside was a message written in code, it was a military message from de Second War. It was a common practices in the wars and the birds are used to carry messages and Gordon Corera explain why. what reason does he give?. The said that There were important messages  carried by pigeon, because it was moving so fast and it couldn´t put up an aerial for a wireless transmission to be sent so they would very quickly. They use a pigeon, rather than the radio, because they sent the pigeons for a especifically place and it was more safe.
In the Second War the military used over 250.000 pigeons.
This method was replace   in  the modern times for computers and modern technology.
At the end program answer the questions. The first person that using written codes to keep his or her communications secret was Julius Caesar,  Roman emperor. It´the correct answer!

Many difficult or unusual problems for me was vocabulary.


Conclusion:

The program was very interesting is amazing!, that it was used since before the first War, from the Roman emperor! It's great!. The humans are more clever!.

"A strange or supernatural experience".

When I lived in an apartment in the center of the town about 15 years ago and I lived with my husband, my oldest daugther and my mother in the very old building that it's considered cultural patrimony. Well, in this building happened many histories that many  deaths, suicides, etc.That sayed many ghosts exist there, above everythings a pair of childs ghost.

In the building lived a violinist  younger man, that he practiced in the basement for the all nights, in a occasions when he played his violin a couple of childs danced around him, but when he tried to see directly all of them, He can't find, they weren't there, they disappeared.  Also this childs ghosts show up many times in the nigth for the hallways of the building. In sometimes they took the door of my department in the nigth, when I loocked there I couldn't find them.

Also appear another ghosts. In a one time when I stayed in the bathroom and I took the shower I saw a woman ghost, but She dessapeared when I turned my head and besides when I stayed sleeped alone in my bedroom my mother and husband listened noise and steps near me in my bedromm, they went upstair faster but they can't find nothing or nobody, because my bedroom stayed in the second floor.

I'm not scary!.
