Food

Actually, I have very bad eating habits, this means that I have a healthy diet, there are just some things you do not use but not for greeting consumption not only because I like it, I don´t like sugar and I prefer the  liquid stevia, Excess sugar consumption is bad for our body, the sugar consumed triples in our body and is converted to fat which is then difficult to remove. Another thing I don´t like the mayonnaise too and I prefer  consume only a little of this, also  I don´t like the fried foods, and with the butter I have health problems , stomach upsets and I consume it once a week. 

I love red meat or beef, really fascinates me!, But since my brother had a serious health problem by poor eating habits and excessive red meat consumption and fast food is that I'm taking a little more awareness and I'm trying to reduce red meat and fast food. My brother was diagnosed with colon cancer I found out on the internet and I realized the severity of the disease, but the worst were the shocking images of that terrible disease. My brother lives in North America and most people that live there have a very life hectic, overworked, they  don´t have time for healthy eating, it's more easier to go to fast food restaurants. That's why in this country there is a high rate of colon cancer. That is the meal called "junk food" with high rates of fat. It is popular because it has a rich flavor, is addictive, is fast especially when someone is in a hurry and It’s very cheap!.

I think we should have a balanced diet that includes vegetables, fruits, cereals, and white meats like fish, chicken and beef. Meats, fish and eggs foodstuffs are more protein than we provide. This is why we must keep in mind that meats, for example, in addition to supplying a large amount of protein amino acids also provide much needed for our body. Besides meats are 20% pure protein and help the growth, defenses and regeneration of body tissues.  But I think we should consume only a little piece of beef!.

System product life today, giving preference to overwork, we spend more time sitting in front of the TV or at the computer, we forgot to give us time to enjoy walking, exercising, taking time to cook healthier food and that has meant in weight gain that ends in serious illness and which have become common as cancer, heart attack or thrombosis. All this makes reformulate a new system of life and change my bad habits and my family. But I have to be honest it costs me a lot and my daughters are more aware than I do. 

“Cazuela” is a  typical Chilean food, I love it!. It is prepared with meat and added water, potatoes, pumpkin,  peppers, carrots, green beans, dressings, rice or noodles. I like this a lot!. 

I would also consume more salads, because I don´t like it!, but I think it would benefit for my health!.

It is very easy to gain weight, but losing weight is very difficult!
